Q1: What is the difference between a water tumbler and a tumbler bottle?

In Malaysia both terms describe the same thing: a tall, handle-free cup you drink straight from, usually stainless steel and usually sized to sit in a car cup holder. "Tumbler bottle" tends to be used for models with a sealed cap you can carry in a bag, which is how our Executive and Petit Joy tumblers are built.

Q2: Will a Relax tumbler fit my car cup holder?

The 480ml Executive is designed to be travel-friendly and fits most car cup holders, and its scratch-free TPR base stops it squeaking or marking the console. The slimmer 400ml Petit Joy fits even more easily.

Q3: Is the tumbler leak-resistant in a bag?

The Petit Joy uses a PP cap with a silicone seal ring to prevent leakage. Close the cap fully and check the seal before packing it, and carry it upright where you can.

Q4: Should I buy the 400ml or the 480ml?

The 400ml Petit Joy (9.0 × 9.0 × 16.2cm) is the lighter daily tumbler for the desk or a bag. The 480ml Executive (8.5 × 8.5 × 21.0cm) holds more and is shaped for the car, with a wider mouth that is easier to wash.

Q5: How do I clean a stainless steel tumbler properly?

Wash with warm soapy water and a soft brush after each use. The Executive has a 7cm wide mouth so a normal sponge reaches inside. Wash the lid and the silicone seal ring separately, then air-dry with the lid off. Avoid bleach, chlorine cleaners, and metal scourers.

Q6: Which tumbler is best for coffee?

The 480ml Executive is the usual choice for a coffee tumbler because it fits most car cup holders and has a 7cm wide mouth that is easy to wash, so it does not hold the smell of yesterday's drink. If you want a smaller coffee tumbler for the desk, the 400ml Petit Joy is the lighter option.
