1. Where can find my tracking number?
If you checked out as a guest, you may find your tracking number in your mailbox. Do check out your spam box or “Promotion” folder for gmail accounts.
If you checked out as a member, you may find your tracking number in your order history. Simply log in into your account and refer to the order list that you would like to track.
2. How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for Sabah/Sarawak & Singapore. For overseas delivery, the delivery might take 15-30 working days. The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please double confirm the shipping address before proceeding for payment.
4. Will I have to sign for my order?
We do require proof of delivery for all order and we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
5. What happens if I am out when you deliver?
If you or the intended recipient is not in upon delivery by the courier guy, he/she will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to pick up the item or call them to re-arrange delivery. Please take note that there might be additional charges incurred for the re-arrangement of delivery.
6. Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes. Please enter the different address along with your full name upon checkout.
7. Do you offer same day delivery in Malaysia?
No. Currently we are still working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
