Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase at, you may send back the items to us within 7 days of the receipt. Please note the following:

  • The item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable condition.

  • We do offer refund for the product but we do not refund original shipping charges and you will be responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax (if applicable).

  • If your product was purchased from another retailer, you will need to return the product to that same retailer.

  • We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service as it just makes it easier on everyone to know where your package is located at all times. We will not be held responsible if the package is lost in transit.

  • All accepted exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks

  • If Relax® is unable to accept the return or exchange, you will be notified by our Customer Care team via e-mail or phone

To return the goods purchased, please kindly follow the steps below:

Fill in and submit the Goods Return Form with related details.

Step 2:
The details in goods return form will be clarified by our crew and get back to you within 3 working days. Once clarification process has been completed, you may print out the form and attach it together with the returned goods. The purpose of doing this is to make sure your goods return in a proper way..

Step 3:
Pack your the returned good securely to make sure that the parcel wont be damaged easily along in transiting journey and suggest to ship your parcel by using a traceable shipping service to:
