Warranty Policy

  • Warranty applies to original purchases only
  • Warranty applies to THERMAL items only
  • Warranty is effective under normal use , for a period of 1 year from the date of first purchased of the product.
  • Warranty covers the product when used for its intended purpose only
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as dents, scratches and paint chips, accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse and improper cleaning/care
  • Modifications to the original product and repairs not performed by RELAX are not covered
  • Accessories, including straws and brushes, are also not included
  • If an identical replacement is not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable color and/or style

To claim a warranty, please follow the below steps:

Step 1:

Log in to your Relax Account, click on the claim warranty which will located at your account's homepage and follow the steps required to claim the warranty or you may click HERE to check out the Steps on How to Claim Warranty.

Step 2:

Our customer care staff will process your Warranty Claim and will contact you within 3 working days. Once completed, please proceed to send the returned goods back to us.


Step 3 :
Securely package your items for shipping so they won't be damaged in transit and proceed to ship your package using a traceable shipping method to:
