Q. How do i pay for my order?
You can pay through your credit cards VISA / MASTER via our PayPal Account. If you don't have any paypal account, you can click on "I DONT HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT" from Paypal page and filled your credit card information to process the payment without create a Paypal account.
For those customers who are from oversea (Not MALAYSIA), please take note that the cost of purchases will be subjected to Custom and Excise Duties of your country and also the exchange rate charged by your credit card provider.
Please ensure that your card is valid for the period. Should your payment be declined, please contact your credit card provider immediately. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not provide any payment decline reason then we will not be able to accept your order.
If you pay through Paypal, you will automatically be directed to PAYPAL's Account, as soon as your transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to Relax® page again. All Paypal transaction costs will be borne by Relax®.
Malaysia & Singapore Customers can opt for payment via Online banking or ATM Transfer. Select "Bank Deposit" and we will email you the payment details after you have completed placing the order & make payment. Please scan and email the transaction/ bank-in slip to relaxbottles@gmail.com
