1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Relax®
is easy. Once you have found an item, select your preferable quantity and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button which is next to the item. You can continue shopping or go to the shopping cart in the top
corner to complete your order. You can either register an account with Relax®
or purchase as a
guest before your order been processed. Of course, you may review and amend your orders & details in your cart box.To make your
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products that you wish to bring home.
- Once you have done with your order, click “Checkout” button to proceed to the payment process.
- If you have registered an account, you may login to your account with your Username and Password. Otherwise, you may also select as guest and proceed to checkout process.
- Key in your shipping address on the “Customer information” page.
- Come to the last of the ordering process, you have to choose your own payment method. You can pay through the credit cards (VISA / MASTER) via your PayPal Account. It is not a necessary that you need to get any Paypal account, you may just look for on "I DONT HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT" from Paypal page and filling in your credit card information to process the payment without creating a Paypal account. It is very fast and easy!
- Last, you have to click “Confirm Order” button to complete your order.
- Goods will be shipped out in later time once payment made.
2. Can I order through telephone or fax?
We are sorry to tell that currently RELAX® online store does not support telephone/fax ordering system.
3. How do I know whether the item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. If you have ordered an unavailable item, our customer service team will contact & notify you by email. You will not be charged for the unavailable item. If a product shows that it is out of stock, you will not able to add into cart. Please be aware that even if the item is in your shopping bag, it is still can be bought by another customer until you have fully completed your order with payment make.
4. Do I need a Relax® account to place the order online?
Registering with us will speed up the ordering process for you as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to track your current and past order, payment status & tracking number. However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that you’re unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You can still find the above information in your mailbox though.
5. How do I create an account?
Just look for "Click here to register" by filling in your details and follow the instructions.
6. What if I forgot my password or my password does not work out with my email address?
Click ‘Forget Password’ and key in your email address.You will receive an email with the link that allows you to reset your password.
7. How shall I know that if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation notice in your inbox.
8. When I check-out, certain item(s) in my shopping bag have been classified as "Sold Out". Why?
Final confirmation of item(s) purchased is when a customer place order at summary order page. It is possible that certain item(s) could be classified as "SOLD OUT" because they were purchased earlier by other customer(s).
9. What is a Promotion Code?
Promotional code is a discount voucher which we sometimes send to our beloved regular customers who registered with us. By redeeming the coupons, customers will be entitled to certain percentage discounts on the items purchased or on selected item(s). Terms & Conditions applied.
10. I have collected some promotion code(s), how do I use them?
Enter your voucher code at the order summary page before placing your order. Discounts entitled to you will be deducted automatically from your overall purchase at the final order summary page.
11. I forgot to use my promotional codes or coupons after placing my order; can I amend my purchase order?
After you have placed your order, you will not be able to redeem your voucher. Please keep the promotional codes/coupons for next purchase.
12. Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not always possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You can place a new order for any additional items and contact us by email & let us know that your two orders have to be combined and shipped out together but please be aware that this might not always be possible as the first order may have already been shipped.
13. What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?
If you realize that your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
immediately and make sure that you have included your order number & the correct details. We may not guarantee that are able to rectify the issue & terms & conditions applied. However, we assure that we will do all we can do for you.
