Step 1 : Type your text with up to 10 letters only, space included during checkout at “Add order note”

Step 2 : Any content that does not fit the requirement may be removed and the order may still be processed and sent out.

Step 3 : Text colour will be in silver, following the stainless steel body colour.

Step 4 : Personalisation process will take at least 3-5 working days before shipping out.

Step 5 : Please allow a 3mm-5mm difference of printing variation in positioning as it is a normal occurrence.

Step 6 : If you wish to order more than one bottle with our personalisation service, please add them to the cart separately.

Step 7 : A message will be sent to confirm design & font used.

Step 8 : Please check your final order details before proceeding. No refund or returns will be accepted unless it is a mistake made by our side.
