Promoting healthier lifestyles through community support and greater health awareness
At Relax Bottles, we believe that caring for our community begins with supporting initiatives that encourage healthier lifestyles and greater awareness of everyday well-being.
As one of the sponsors of Larian Demi Senyum Manis / Ekspo Kesihatan 2026, Relax Bottles is proud to support an initiative that promotes diabetes awareness, early health screening and the importance of staying active.
Organised by Diabetes Malaysia Penang Branch (DMPG), the event will take place on 15 November 2026 at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in conjunction with the organisation's 30th anniversary. Combining a 5KM run with a health expo, the programme aims to encourage the public, especially younger generations, to take a more proactive approach to their health.
Raising Awareness About Diabetes
Diabetes is a health concern that affects people of different ages, making awareness and early detection increasingly important.
According to figures cited in a report by Buletin Mutiara, 15.6% of Malaysian adults were living with diabetes based on the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2023. The report also highlighted that many young adults with diabetes may be unaware of their condition.
These figures emphasise the importance of regular health screenings, access to health education and making informed lifestyle choices.
Through initiatives such as Larian Demi Senyum Manis 2026, the community is encouraged to better understand diabetes prevention and recognise the value of taking care of their health from an early age.
Supporting a Healthier and More Active Community
At Relax Bottles, we recognise that a healthier lifestyle is built through small, consistent habits. Staying physically active, maintaining a balanced diet, drinking enough water and going for regular health check-ups are all important parts of taking care of ourselves.
As a homegrown Malaysian drinkware brand with over 20 years of experience, Relax Bottles is committed to making everyday hydration more convenient for individuals and families.
Our support for this initiative reflects our belief that community well-being goes beyond the products we offer. We are proud to contribute to programmes that bring people together, encourage positive habits and spread awareness of important health issues.
We also believe that promoting healthy habits within families can help create a stronger foundation for future generations.
Moving Forward Together
Building a healthier community takes collective effort. It requires the involvement of organisations, healthcare professionals, businesses and individuals working together to spread awareness and encourage meaningful change.
Relax Bottles is honoured to support Larian Demi Senyum Manis / Ekspo Kesihatan 2026 and its mission to promote diabetes awareness and healthier living.
We encourage everyone to take small steps towards better health, stay active, keep hydrated and make time for regular health screenings.
Together, let's make healthier habits part of everyday life.
